Users agree to:

- Use AI-generated reports for informational purposes only (not as final medical diagnosis)
- Follow all appointment booking & cancellation policies
- Not misuse our chatbot, website, or digital services
4. Limitations & Liabilities
- AI-generated reports are not a substitute for professional medical advice. VOGO Health is not liable for medical decisions based on AI-generated suggestions.
- Partner clinics operate independently; VOGO Health is not responsible for their services or treatments.
- VOGO Health shall not be liable for loss of data, financial loss, or service disruptions caused by external factors (e.g., system outages, regulatory changes).
5. WhatsApp Chatbot & Communication
By engaging with our WhatsApp chatbot, you:
- Consent to receive automated messages regarding healthcare scans, reports, and follow-ups
- Acknowledge that WhatsApp communication is governed by Meta’s privacy policies
- Can opt-out at any time by replying STOP
6. Payments & Refunds
- Payments for premium services (if applicable) must be completed via authorized channels.
